It is awesome!! I do it in my truck twice sometimes 3x a day. Feels so good when done. They say it has several benefits, I haven’t experienced any yet because I just started.

This is an excellent product, it's my second time using it. I will recommend this product If you are the type that doesn't have time to do exercise. Listening to music while on it with the Bluetooth encourages me to spend more time.

I like to use it to extend my workout. It’s easy to use: Just plug it in and push power on the remote. It sits firmly on the floor. I feel secure standing on it because of the rubber grip. I like that the manual includes 11 different positions you can try with the machine.

This is a good workout machine, I had multiple surgeries on my leg so it’s somewhat difficult for me to work out, this machine is simple, just plug it in , press the power button on, use remote for the desired setting and stand there, just standing will make you feel it , if you more advanced in workouts , you could make it more challenging by doing planks or squats, pretty good machine for the price.

The MERACH vibration plate exercise machine has really helped with blood circulation. I use it for about 15 minutes before bed and I'm noticing less swelling in my feet. The vibrations also help to relax my muscles leading to a better night's sleep. It comes with a reboot control as well as without bands which are nice additions. I only wish I had one of these sooner

This was definitely what I needed, but I should’ve gotten the wider version. Not thick size approved. The vibration goes up to level 10. It does have the auto function where you can get on the board and rocket left and right and it will automatically start. It is quiet, I live on the third floor and my neighbors can’t hear that I’m on the board.
